ON-LOCATION APPOINTMENT (NEW CLIENT)
Choose your preferred date and time below for traditional or airbrush makeup application. If your desired date and time are not available, kindly reach out to us at info@chenesebean.com to inquire about the possibility of fitting you in. Please note, a non-refundable retainer is required.
An additional fee will apply for appointments scheduled before 9am or after 7:30pm, except "Glam & Go" VIP members. For those who require multiple appointments during a 6-month period, consider joining our membership program first. Visit chenesebean.com/member to join.
Appointments can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance.
Not applicable to brides for their weekend wedding, wedding reception, or vow renewal. Email info@chenesebean.com to discuss bridal services.

If you require an appointment on the same day you book it, it's classified as a last-minute emergency and will result an additional $25 fee.

There’s a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, the appointment will be canceled. If we can still accommodate you, a $25 late fee will be applied.

Appointments can be changed within the confirmation email received at the time of booking.
There is flexibility when rescheduling an appointment, transferring the retainer to a new date. If you are unable to provide a rescheduled date or if the desired time slot is unavailable, you will receive an electronic gift card (coupon code) that can be redeemed for future services, classes, merchandise, and products (excluding skincare).
A $25 fee will apply for rescheduling 4 hours or less before the original scheduled start time.

Appointments can be cancelled within the confirmation email received at the time of booking.
If your appointment is cancelled with 12 hours or less notice, 50% of the remaining balance will be charged.
OR
When cancelling 24 hours or more in advance, a coupon code (in the amount paid) will be emailed to you, allowing rescheduling, transferring your payment to the new date. This protects those who have booked appointments after you and other scheduled obligations we may have. No additional amount will charged.

No shows result in the forfeiture of all payments made, and 100% of the remaining balance is due and will be charged using the card on file. Or an invoice will be sent. Retainers and payments received are non-refundable and non-transferable. Future appointments require approval, no refunds will be given.

Rate includes travelling within a 20 mile radius of 1821 Summit Rd. Cincinnati 45237 (40 miles round trip). If your location exceeds that, a roundtrip rate of $0.75 per mile applies.

One additional hour can be added for touch-up services. Listed in the “Add On” section below.
For longer times the following rate applies and would be adjusted accordingly:
• Half-Day (up to 4 hours) $425
• Full-Day (up to 8 hours) $900
